The room was great, and I enjoyed the lively bar scene
The friendly, helpful staff who made my experience enjoyable
The hotel provided two options for breakfast - a buffet that was included in the room price, and a made-to-order option that came at an additional cost

“excellent for one night with young family in downtown Healdsburg.”
The location and facilities were good. The food options on site were limited.
The location was great.
“Very nice couple of days in a lovely hotel/room in a wonderful wine country town.”
The location couldn’t have been better. Every staff member offered exceptional service.
“Very relaxing and peaceful.”
I really liked the hotel’s design and its position right on the main Plaza. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafés were just a few blocks away. The lush garden and pool area were very pleasant. Some parts of the public areas are showing their age, but overall the place feels cozy and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. I loved stepping out onto the balconies.
