Only the food was acceptable. The beach was horrible, completely black, full of boats on the sides. The common areas were crowded with people dancing and having sex in full view, single men walking around masturbating in front of everyone. The rooms were like motel rooms, very small and uncomfortable. The hotel is expensive and not worth it; it’s on the worst beach in Cancún, besides having sargassum and black vegetation, only the sand is white. I would upload photos but guards are everywhere all day putting stickers on your phone camera. They don’t let you take photos anywhere, as if it’s a mafia that doesn’t want you to know what really happens inside. They’re super smelly with the infamous breakfast that tries to make you a member. There are screams and scandals all day and all night. The worst experience we had in Cancún, and we go every year! I will never return!

The staff were excellent, especially Kassandra and Abdiel. There was food until 3 am, which was amazing. The variety of restaurants is great, though not all of them open every day, so I couldn’t try the Mexican one on the days they were closed. The new gym is spectacular. The pool was a dream when it was empty. Whether it’s a party or not depends on the luck of the guests at the moment. The hotel really shows its best side. I had my phone checked to see if I’d taken photos in common areas, and they only found intimate photos of my wife, which felt very intrusive. There isn’t a beach suitable for swimming.
