“I usually stay at Comfort Inn when traveling, this is the first time that I’ve been very disappointed.”

The lobby was nice and the breakfast was okay, but the bed was very uncomfortable, the neighbors above us were loud until after midnight, and the desk clerk opened our door at 7 a.m. claiming she was checking on the room because she thought we had checked out.

“Very unfortunate”

Nothing was good; the room and the hotel had a bad smell. The rooms were not clean, bugs and cockroaches were present, and the entire hotel, including the room, had a very bad odor.

“Not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but here are much better options in the area.”

The air‑conditioning in my room was superb and the room itself was spotless with no noticeable flaws. However, I was surprised to see an extra charge and still had to provide a $100 deposit even though the room was fully paid. I chose to pay on arrival, yet the entire cost was debited from my card before I even checked in. After checking out, another unexplained fee appeared on my statement. They also insist on recording your license plate and will add a surcharge if you have more than one vehicle in your party. Breakfast was severely limited and doesn’t even deserve to be listed as an amenity.

“Had already booked for three nights online, did not have time of the hassle to change rooms or venue”

The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, a group of workers in the parking lot were grilling and drinking beer, which made the area feel awkward and uncomfortable. The pool itself was dirty and the surrounding area was unkempt. The toilet’s flush was sluggish and kept running, and the sink didn’t drain properly.
