We loved the welcome: Mme. Senna greeted us with coffee and a snack, and we chatted about our lives, which was very pleasant. The room was very spacious, very quiet, and offered a stunning view. Breakfast was prepared to our preference—Sri Lankan or Western—generously served on the large dining table, just like at home. It was delicious, and we felt warmly welcomed. Thank you again, Mr. and Mrs. Senna!

The meals my mother prepared were incredibly tasty, and the room was cleaned to a very high standard. The property sits on a hill, so at night you can see the starry sky and the glittering city lights, and in the morning the birdsong wakes you up. No complaints.

I had an excellent stay and felt completely relaxed throughout. Ranjini and Sena are warm and thoughtful, going out of their way to make guests feel at home, especially during tea breaks and casual chats that revealed a lot about local life. I felt like part of the family. The location is just outside the busy center, which I liked for its peace and lovely view, yet it’s still reachable by tuk‑tuk or public transport. The room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped. The food was a highlight—fresh, varied, and clearly prepared with care. I mentioned my vegan diet and they accommodated it perfectly. Overall, it was a place I truly enjoyed and would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Kandy.

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The accommodation is in a quiet area, only a few minutes from the center by tuk‑tuk. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and we had great conversations. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the view over the city is beautiful.
