Everything was perfect—from the wonderful facilities to the always friendly and courteous staff. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was truly excellent, and the hotel is completely dog‑friendly; they even arranged a lovely surprise for our little one!

The place is gorgeous, the spa is meticulously maintained, and it’s a fantastic family hotel with plenty of activities for kids. The only issue was the flies—they were everywhere and needed some attention.

The location, facilities, and offers are great, and the parking garage is included and very spacious. The kitchen was excellent.

The hotel design is very cool, the selection and quality of food are excellent, it’s hygienically clean, the range of services is large, the management is extremely friendly, parking in the underground garage is hassle‑free, and even the little ones are taken into account. The only downside: the cutlery isn’t child‑friendly (the handles are very sharp) and that’s dangerous.
