There was absolutely nothing positive. The room was dirty (soiled sheets, insects on the floor, stains everywhere in the bathroom), the bed was really hard, the air‑conditioning was loud and not adjustable, there were no water bottles, and the receptionist charged the posted price instead of the reservation price.

The room itself was actually really nice, but the bathroom was a total mess. I've seen cleaner bathrooms in Asia, and that's saying something. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag, but the room's cleanliness was a major letdown.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to my stay. The value for money was great, but the beds were a bit of a letdown - they were way too hard. It would've been nice to have a price list for the food items in the room, so I could've known what I was getting into.
