The hotel is in a wonderful spot with many hiking and trekking options nearby, and the cable car is within walking distance; the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the restaurant was outstanding, but the pool water was too cold for us, so we couldn’t really use the wellness area.

The kitchen was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired; dinner reached haute‑cuisine level. The spa was spacious with plenty of lounging spots. Service shone through its efficiency – a subtle hand signal or a nod from the waiter, and the drink appeared on the table within a minute – and the staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rauriserhof; from the warm welcome by the owner to the attentive service team and the masseur, every employee was friendly, dedicated, and always focused on guests’ well‑being. We felt completely comfortable and were thrilled by the welcoming atmosphere, so we wholeheartedly recommend the Rauriserhof and already look forward to our next visit.
