The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and bikes could be rented. There is an elevator. The setting is quiet for its location. Minor issues that add up: the room lacks hangers or shelves—only hooks; the door needs a curtain because light seeps in at night; the shower sits directly on the floor (though it dries fast); no coffee was offered with breakfast, which was odd; the towels dried quickly but were a bit small; more bedding would help since it gets cold when the fan or AC is used.

A wonderful stay in a perfect spot in Tam Coc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the laundry service was excellent and affordable, and the breakfast was really good. The room felt a little warm when we arrived because the AC hadn’t been running, but after a few hours it cooled nicely. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
