This cute little Guest House has three bedrooms, a ground‑floor bar that opens at 17:30, and a stunning rooftop terrace; everything is spotless, and it’s right in the heart of the historic old walled city, which is largely pedestrianised now, within a 1‑5 minute walk of restaurants, cafés, bars and the beautiful paved streets of this fine ancient city—an excellent base for a weekend.

The location is good and all attractions are nearby; the sea is a bit far if you walk, about 45 minutes, but we liked it and walking was also nice. There is no kitchen.

The place was awful—nothing good at all, really poor, and I don’t understand how anyone can write such positive reviews. The room was tiny and filthy; the bathroom sink was inside the shower and needed a deep clean, plus there were cockroaches that ended up on the bed. The street noise was brutal. We were supposed to check out on Sunday but decided to leave on Saturday; we rang the owner 15 times with no reply, so we handed the keys to a neighbour who also tried to contact him. When the owner finally got the keys, he told the neighbour he wouldn’t come to see us. We live on the island and were shocked by the hotel’s standard; we left very disappointed.

It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been to! The owner was extremely friendly, explained everything in detail and helped with everything. The roof has a large, cozy terrace, the first floor has a decent bar with a wide drink selection. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful plants, and a clean sandy beach is nearby where we went every day.
