The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are lovely, but the receptionists should be more cheerful and give clear instructions from the start about parking and how to reach the rooms.

The room was fairly clean and the staff were enthusiastic, but it was far from the city center and dining areas; the refrigerator’s light came on but it wasn’t cold, the phone was present but unusable, and the room wasn’t soundproofed.
