The price and quality differ a bit, but I wouldn't say it was bad; the nearby construction was noisy and kept me from sleeping at night, and the stop was a bit far away.

I paid extra 1000 riyal on top of what I’d already handed over, only to find the bedroom had no air‑conditioning, and when I asked for a refund or a room change they demanded even more money for two rooms that were actually smaller than the shabby apartment; the sole cleaning lady, a woman named Chadi, would only come once a day, the bathroom never got a proper clean, and eventually I had to tidy everything myself, even scrubbing the filthy area under the bed.
