The hotel grounds were very pleasant, well‑kept, and beautifully designed with many statues, decorations, and photo spots. I especially enjoyed the natural feel around the ponds with fish and monitor lizards. The pool was nice and the beach was easy to walk to. Check‑in was quick and friendly, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The bungalow was a decent size, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were fine, so for the discounted low‑season price it seemed reasonable. The bungalow’s equipment felt outdated, with an old TV and minibar. The room differed from the photos: I expected an indoor bathtub, but I got an outdoor one that wasn’t clean enough. The biggest problem was poor soundproofing; I could hear people talking in a neighbouring bungalow, and during a rainstorm at night I heard dripping or leaking sounds from the roof or ceiling, which woke me up even though no water actually entered the room. The pillows were hard, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided. Breakfast was below expectations: the egg station was good, but the rest of the food was fairly average, with some dry bakery items, and the restaurant got very crowded toward the end. I asked for a late checkout of just 1–2 hours, but was told it would cost an additional 1,000 baht.

Everything was flawless—we loved it, the service was impeccable, everyone took care of us, and the restaurants and shops are just a few steps from the hotel.
