“Great communication with owners who accommodated us at very short notice.”
The spot was spot on, right in the middle of town, yet surprisingly quiet.

The welcome was excellent, thanks to the helpful staff. The place was spotless, the AC worked well. We especially liked the in‑room service: the bed was made daily, the cleaning was thorough, glasses were swapped and towels refreshed. The neighborhood was very calm and there’s a small restaurant, LE 15, just a few steps from the 7‑stop, offering tasty dishes at reasonable prices—great for avoiding a frantic run after a long day of city strolling. The bus stop (porta San Mamolo) is about 350 m away, giving easy access to the train station or the northern part of the city center. The only downside we knew about: the third floor has no elevator, which isn’t ideal for the less mobile. Room 8 is comfortable but located under the roof, so it has a sloped ceiling and no windows; a Velux still lets in natural light.

The place was extremely clean, perfectly situated near the historic center, and very comfortable and functional. The manager is efficient and friendly, even though communication is only via message. No one is on site, but the bed is made and the bathroom linen is changed. The only drawback is the lack of an exterior view—just a Velux. It’s neither a hotel nor a B&B.

The location was perfect, close to the city center and packed with mini‑markets and coffee shops, yet it remained quiet and cozy.

The spot was good and the area was quiet, close to the city center. The catch? There’s no front desk; everything is handled over the phone. I had to request my access codes, but they were sent after I asked.
