“Nice hotel but need renovation”
The restaurant has chill vibes and serves good food; the staff are friendly and smiling, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel needs a proper renovation; the pool area is under construction, the rooms are outdated, and the shower has very low water pressure. The reception staff could be more welcoming and smile more.
The location was fine, but there was no pool as the ads promised. The electric sockets weren’t universal, and the staff told us we’d have to pay 100 pesos for an adapter. We waited an hour for dinner, so we didn’t even get to eat breakfast.
