The front desk staff were amazing; when I, a severely handicapped guest, found myself too uncomfortable, they let us cancel our second night without penalty, which I wish more hotels would do. There is a lift to bring a wheelchair user into the hot tub, but none to move me from the wheelchair to the bed, and the shower lacks proper equipment. A stool in the shower is useless for someone truly handicapped; we need roll‑in shower chairs and a lift to transfer between bed and shower chair so family can help us dress. The hotel could invest up to $10,000 to accommodate people like us.
