The provider contacted us upon arrival and explained the peculiarities of the house and room access. The friendliness and helpfulness of the breakfast staff is noteworthy. Breakfast was always sufficient and freshly prepared. The kitchen in the basement is very cozy and can be used at any time. The villa keeps the spirit of the 1920s alive, with care taken to preserve the historically original state and also to expand it. The bathroom was in good condition. Our room had large windows and a balcony with a very nice view of the city and beautiful landscape. The fact that rooms are equipped without TV and radio must be taken into account. The historic wooden planks in the room were well cleaned, but more attention should have been paid to the area behind the night cabinet and the sofa. The immediate surroundings of the building felt very natural, and the entrances have many stairs that need repair. The rating 9.3 at the front door is no longer accurate.

A great spot for a weekend getaway for couples or families, full of soul and heart. Breakfasts are served in the cellar at a communal table that encourages mingling, with a lovely garden view and birdsong outside. Each room has its own character and interesting furnishings. The location is on the outskirts yet close to the city center and major attractions. Everything we liked.
Perfect location within walking distance of the center, super tidy and clean, plus a tasty breakfast. Nothing to note.
