I didn't like it at all. There were 132 stairs to reach the room with my luggage, something that wasn’t mentioned. After showering, I opened the door and all the water flowed from the bathroom into the main room because the shower drain was blocked. When we called the service manager, I couldn’t fault Haidy—she tried her best and sent someone to fix the drain—but we spent all three nights in that room with a disgusting drain smell.

Nothing! It was the worst place ever: on arrival it was shockingly dirty with leftover takeaway food in the bathroom, dirty floors, broken glass, and overpriced. It wasn’t ready on time and we waited outside in 40‑degree heat with no water for hours, ruining our plans while the staff argued and didn’t provide clean sheets. They refused to give a refund or even a partial one despite breaching the contract.

200 € were demanded as a deposit before check‑in, which was unusual and I wasn’t informed beforehand. Thirty days after checkout it still hadn’t been refunded, even though it should have been done in 14 days. The 200 € deposit and a 59 € cash cleaning fee were outrageous; I’ll involve the police if the 200 € isn’t returned by 15.6. Our account shows…
