The location is excellent. The staff and cleaning are perfect.

We booked the large room, which was very spacious, but it almost has no windows and feels very dark. The hotel isn’t sound‑proof at all, so you can’t have a normal conversation in the room without hearing the front desk call out every second, which is simply unbearable and feels like a library.

The location was fine. I was surprised by how small the actual room was compared to the photos – it felt cramped. Also, we had to use a key to get into the hotel building because there’s no 24/7 concierge, which was a big shock.

The staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of restaurant and tourist spot recommendations; they even helped fix my foot injury. The place is quiet and well‑located, but the room is a bit small.
