The room on the 7th floor was comfortable with a nice view, close to the city center, a good bed, air conditioning, a well-equipped bathroom, and an excellent shower. In the morning, breakfast was prepared individually for each person. In the evening I saw many items I didn’t take, and in the morning many foods were no longer available. Because there was no sink in the room, dirty dishes were left on a cabinet. There was no option for a savory breakfast.

It was barely sufficient. I expected a hotel, but we ended up in one of the rooms on the 8th floor of a building. Moreover, we were not given the combination to enter the ground floor.

The location is great, a beautiful view over Palermo from the top floor, a nice room and lovely furnishings. Unfortunately it is just a regular residential building being rented commercially. I thought it would be a hotel where locals wouldn’t obviously occupy the space. The bathroom had black mold, and the shower drain was extremely slow.

I recommend this place. It is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts are definitely not continental; they are very rich with fruit and a variety of breads.

The location is excellent, a 10‑minute walk to the center. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was already ready when we arrived, which was very convenient because we had an early departure and would otherwise have missed breakfast. The beds were very hard, which was the same everywhere on our trip to Italy.
