The place was convenient for work. The AC was broken, there were too few staff, and the room lighting was poor.

The spot was ideal for what we wanted to do and see. We paid for VIP room access with three free drinks and aperitifs, but were told our booking only covered breakfast; when I showed the lady the booking description, she said we could use the café area, which didn’t match the description. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it made me feel a bit uneasy for asking.

It’s close to the main square, clean and spacious. Parking had to be elsewhere, the reception lounge was cramped and uncomfortable, and room hand‑over was delayed.

“Good location and value for money”

We had a cozy room and a great spot for Indian shoppers. The staff should do a deep clean from time to time; most rooms are clean on the surface but deeper areas have been untouched for a while.

The location is excellent, especially for exploring the historic areas of Dubai, with many attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport options nearby. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and the service made our experience even better. A good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location in Bur Dubai. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again
