Just amazing, thank you so much to all the staff for my perfect stay. Everything was perfect, the hotel has a great location and everything is nearby, the staff is super helpful, I liked the coffee they serve at the reception and I liked the breakfasts a lot. I am so impressed and will definitely come back. Love you all <3

I stayed for 3 days. After the first night I requested a refund. Today is 3 June 2026. I still have not received the refund. Neither the support service nor anyone responds.

I found the location handy, with the train station right in front of the hotel and a mall next door. The concierge could use more English practice, but overall everything worked well.
