The price was good with breakfast included, and there were options to request. The view from the restaurant was nice, and the phone service was friendly when I called. The accommodation was very quiet, but I heard snoring from another room and it was very loud when someone walked in the corridor and opened and closed doors. The signage to the reception from the road could have been better.

Everything was clean and complete. Someone had stayed with a dog before, so there was a wet dog smell and some dog hair. We couldn’t start the air‑conditioning units, and a user manual would have been helpful.

I definitely recommend paying extra for breakfast – it’s worth it. The camp is in a great location, surrounded by forest and nature, and everywhere is peaceful and quiet. I’ll definitely want to come back. Another advantage is the self‑check‑in service, where you pick up keys from a box when you’re outside reception hours. I expected that bedding would be included in the price, and that information should be more visible. I was surprised by a message saying I could bring my own or rent it for a fee, so I paid the fee and received the bedding in the bags at the accommodation. Next time we’ll know. The Wi‑Fi was another issue; it probably didn’t reach the cabins where we stayed, and I needed it for work. The biggest weakness was cleanliness – after we arrived, we unfolded the sofa and found clothes from previous guests behind it. I note that guests can clean up after themselves, so the ones before us didn’t manage it. There was a lot of dust everywhere, hair in the shower, and dried stains in the fridge. It might need tighter checks from the hosts.

The young lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, she was trying her best to help us with everything. She even moved us from the cabin (wich was very dusty, smelly and worn out) to the hotel, where the room was much nicer and overall experience was much better. So 10 points to the receptionist! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP :). The rooms were quite cold, the heating was not on, but probably because we were there after the main season and there was no one at the reception after 6pm, so no one could help us. But other than that, everything in the hotel was perfect!

The location was perfect for unwinding, but the restaurant shut down at 6 pm. Our house floor was covered in dog hair, and the carpet and sofa cushions were also soiled—definitely not acceptable, especially when you have to pay €70 for a final cleaning!
