The new hotel is gorgeous, but the price is too high.
“It is clean and comfortable with a location that is convenient. The check in experience could be improved as can their”
I've had mixed experiences at this hotel. On the plus side, the location has been perfect for my needs. However, I've encountered some issues with check-ins, including a room that wasn't ready and a long wait for someone to assist me. Additionally, the breakfast options have been underwhelming, and the toaster hasn't worked on multiple occasions.
“Great place to stay”
I appreciated the friendly staff, convenient location, and good breakfast at this hotel. However, I was disappointed to find that the windows only had blackout shades, which made it difficult to let natural light into the room without compromising my privacy.
Clean and friendly staff, but the bed wasn’t the best.
“I was stuck in the snow storm and this was a last min booking. Everything went smoothly!”
I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, such as the variety of options at the coffee bar and the convenience of having pizza delivered to my room. However, I found the king-size bed to be too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
