The front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful, and when I tried to check out at 11 o’clock the clerk opened the door, shut it back in my face, and then opened it again to explain that I was checking out, telling me to drop my two cars in the checkout. The pillows were uneven and stank, the tub was dirty, and someone in the hallways was pouring water from the second floor down to the first floor out of a paint bucket; the hallways also smelled like urine. The overall experience was disappointing.

Everything was awful: bed bugs, an odor in the bathroom, nasty shower curtains, and the fact that there were cameras and listening devices over the whole room—way too much for a week’s stay.

The location was good, but the staff were rude.

“Probably won’t go back there”

There were plenty of restaurants nearby, yet the front desk didn’t answer the phone, the lady at the front desk was unwelcoming after opening the office 30 minutes late, and worst of all, there were roaches—not just one or two, but in the kitchen area, the bathroom, and nightstands, for $450 that is unacceptable.
