The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. We didn’t realize that the sauna wasn’t included in our room, so we had to pay extra for it.

Check‑in was straightforward, the location was fantastic, and the communal lounge was a real gem. The bag with many charging cables was a very welcome touch.

Overall, everything was clean and spot‑on. It’s a pity that almost every apartment lacks a window.

The location was excellent, there was plenty of space to unwind, and I enjoyed the sauna after a long day. The pillows were very firm, which isn’t ideal for my sleep style.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, with enough room to stow four large suitcases without any trouble. The beds were very comfortable and roomy, and having a kitchen, fridge, and seating area meant we could bring in food and eat in the room if we wanted. The in‑room washing machine was an added bonus. The neighborhood was great, full of restaurants right around the corner yet still quiet and calm in the evenings, and the nearby subway station made it easy to get around Tokyo. We did miss a few hooks on the walls for hanging clothes and towels, but otherwise everything was perfect!
