The views were fantastic, the air tasted fresh, the host was welcoming, and the breakfast was hearty. However, the last 5.7 km took 40 minutes, which spoiled the vacation because no one warned about this; reviews didn't mention it either. The final 800 m is impossible to beat in a regular car. Thankfully, the host kindly drove us to an intermediate parking lot. The nature there is superb. 👍

The staff were friendly and fulfilled our special requests. The grounds were well maintained and catered to various guest needs. The food was tasty. On the downside, the road was very broken and there were no signposts. Two rooms were rented out, both clearly in need of renovation. The beds were uncomfortable, the linens were old and had various stains. Apart from the bed, there were no furnishings, just a small shelf for a phone and three coat hooks.

The atmosphere felt like home. The location, mountains, forests… everything needed for a full physical and emotional recharge. The people who organized our stay deserve special recognition.

The hotel sits on the slope of Mount Krasia, close to the ski complex. From the hotel you get amazing views of the neighboring peaks, gardens and hayfields – a dream for creatives. Guests should know that the drive from the rural road to the hotel is unpaved and often washed out by rain. The owners – wonderful and friendly people – provide a transfer from the foot of the mountain to the hotel and back, explaining everything. The food is delicious, and if visitors are picky and want something more refined, the staff are always happy to help. Tap water is spring water, drinkable. Big pluses include free hiking gear, pool, children's trampoline, football field, a small pond with crucian carp and a fishing rod, a nice sauna with cooling water, a fire pit, a lovely garden, and a bar with many drinks. The hotel is pet‑friendly (10 extra points), and 4 Jack‑Russell terriers, 1 Alabai, and several cats live on the premises; all animals are friendly and cute. Around the hotel are many wonderful spots for walks, mushroom picking (we collected a full bag), or just photo shoots. Overall, it feels like you’re visiting relatives – so warm and welcoming!
