The cook lady was very attentive to guests at breakfast, a real bonus. However, there were a few black hairs on one pillow and a very curt server who shut the breakfast doors at exactly 10 am, even though a lady was about to pick something up—extremely rude, something I’ve never seen elsewhere.

The bed was very nice, the place was clean, and it was kid‑friendly. However, the receptionist, Justin, greeted me with a very cold attitude—no “hello,” no explanation about the elevator, and no info on services like breakfast. I was disappointed; there was no smile, no “thank you,” nothing at all. The hotel itself is exceptional, but the first impression left a lot to be desired.

The hotel was very nice and impeccably clean, with large rooms. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of items. The pool area stayed tidy and towels were readily available. Inside and outside, the hotel remained spotless. Staff members were very friendly, and the lobby offered coffee, juice, and water. The property was close to shopping and restaurants, making the location and overall experience superb.
