The location wasn't exactly what I had imagined, but the staff compensated for that. The place turned out to be rustic and friendly just as I had hoped. There was a bit of confusion at check‑in, but we eventually sorted it out.

The spot and terrace view were great. Someone came to pick us up at the bus stop at 5 am, and our room was ready, which was a huge relief after a rough night 🙏

The hotel is close to the city center and the tourist office where the bus stops (just a 3‑minute walk), and having an on‑site restaurant is very convenient when you don’t feel like going out. Raffy came to pick me up at 5 am, which was very kind. He also offered an early check‑in, so I could head straight to the room and rest after more than 8 hours of travel, and that felt great! Raffy arranged the trekking for me and did his best to get me into a group because I didn’t want to go alone. The staff are very pleasant and do everything they can to help. The guides were always helpful and friendly. The room at the back is poorly insulated and very noisy. For my second booking I got a room farther from the river, a bit quieter. It gets very cold, so one blanket isn’t enough; you have to ask for another, and they provide a second one without any problem.

The restaurant offers a view of the village and the hills. The room was damp and cold because the window doesn’t close, there was rooster noise, the bathroom wasn’t great, and the food was mediocre.

The welcome was excellent, the restaurant food is good, the room is modestly comfortable but acceptable for the area, and the view is great!
