The place is spacious and beautiful, especially the courtyards and gardens. They advertise a spa service, but we didn’t get it because it’s only available on weekends (they never specify this). The bed in our room is too high, with an extra mattress on top.

The place is amazing, the service is incredible, the pool is super tasty, and the food is great too.

The location is very pretty. The water compressor system sits above the rooms, turning on and off constantly, making it impossible to sleep. No room has double beds, and the hotel definitely shouldn't be classified as a SPA.

The facilities are excellent and the staff is very friendly. The burgers could be better, a few more people in the dining area would help, and the sheets and pillows could improve. With those tweaks it would be a 5‑star experience.

The rural setting is beautiful, and we were close to the Arcos de Sitio we visited. It’s not a 4‑star hotel! We left before breakfast, which began at 9 am, too late for us, even though we had arranged to arrive an hour earlier with a restaurant employee the night before. The doors and windows are unfinished (not caulked), and the hotel’s design clearly wasn’t done with an architect.
