The place is great, right next to Tiburtina station and the metro. The host was super friendly and answered our luggage request quickly. The room was a bit small, but it was fine for one night.

The building is within walking distance of Roma Tiburtina train station. It’s not a trendy area, but it works well if you’re using trains or public transport. The room was clean, the fridge and AC were fine, and I didn’t use the TV. There was no staff on site; my late check‑in was handled through WhatsApp by someone the main contact sent me. The hallway smelled of cigarettes even though there were no‑smoking signs, the walls were thin so I could hear water running all night, and the door lock needed a bit of effort to close properly. The room itself was clean, but there were no toiletries or kettle, even though they were listed as being provided.
