The beds were comfortable, yet the hotel door’s privacy lock was broken, making the door hard to open and close; the bathroom tub needed work—mold was present and the shower fixture wasn’t secured, so the pipe peeled away when turned on; the breakfast area was small, and the common areas were less than desirable.

Nothing positive at all; it was downright disgusting. The images on the website didn’t match reality. The washroom doors didn’t work, there were no elevators so we had to lug baggage up two floors with great difficulty, and there was no drinking water in the room—when I asked reception, the lady told us to drink water from the washroom tap, which was horrific; I’ve never heard anyone advise that.

The location was great except for a nearby Tim Hortons and homeless people on the floor; the whole night felt noisy with people walking and talking, showing no respect for those trying to sleep—never coming back.
