The smell was bad.

The location is great, but the cleanliness was lacking and staff were smoking, polluting the environment.

The service was excellent, especially Pablo at reception who was a genius and even arranged a car for me to the airport. Everyone was super friendly, and the location is just meters from San Juan Cathedral. The facilities might be a bit old and there’s a strong cigarette smell in the hallway.

The location is fine, but the room was very small, uncomfortable for bathing, and everything got wet.
