The location is fine. The pillow was just right, but there was a big party that night nearby and everything could be heard; for a hotel that central it should be better insulated. The room we got was close to the hotel café, so the murmur was quite audible.

The location is undoubtedly a strong point, right in the city center with everything within walking distance. The main issue was noise: being in such a central area, people were on the street until 2 or 3 am, and from the room almost everything could be heard, making a good rest difficult. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work, so with the window open we couldn’t sleep due to the noise, and with it closed the room was hot and stuffy. The shower’s condition was also bad—though the bathroom appeared cleaned, interior parts of the cabin were dirty, with limescale and mold. The shower was very small and it seemed that hard‑to‑reach areas had gone a long time without deep cleaning.

The location, friendly staff, and overall pleasantness of the hotel are all great. Nothing to add.

The spot is spot on, but the terrace was a bit untidy and the cleaning felt rushed; otherwise nothing to complain about. The room lighting was just okay.
