The price was good, but there was trash left in the room.

When we arrived, the man who was supposed to help us was not very friendly. He claimed we had a reservation from Friday to Monday, but he couldn’t find it in his system. I didn’t get a clear explanation from either him or the lady, so I asked them to repeat what they said. She told me to follow him, and he led us to check if we wanted to stay there. The guy in front of us was handed a key without being asked anything and had already paid for his room. In our room, he opened the door and asked if we were okay with it. My friend started inspecting the bed for bugs, and he freaked out, asking the staff why she was doing that and told her not to mess up the bed. The bathroom was terrible. He kept saying they make sure there isn’t any, and if we didn’t want to stay, we could leave. He was yelling, so I felt uncomfortable and we said thank you and left. We walked down the street to the Sleep Inn… best decision ever.

The location was great for us. The only downside was the outdated steel staircase leading to the upper rooms and the lack of an ice machine.

The room was private and the staff were nice and easy to find. The room had a stale smoke smell until the AC was turned on, and I could feel the springs from the bed wherever I lay down. There was no microwave in the room; I had to go to the office to use theirs. The wifi was extremely slow, barely loading a YouTube video.
