The place is close to everything: the aqueduct, the Alcazar palace, the famous pastry shop Limon y Menta that sells the signature Seguvian pastry ponche right at the hotel’s doorstep, and the cathedral is just in front of the hotel. The area is clean, air‑conditioned, and they let us check in with our two bicycles. I asked for a room without air freshener due to allergies, and it was free of perfume or scent. The room was very clean and spacious.

The hotel’s location on Plaza de Mayor is fantastic – you’re immediately near all the sights. The breakfast is very good for Spanish standards. Parking the car after arrival is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre promise à la réservation, celles que nous avons eu, 2 chambres, étaient beaucoup plus petite. On été déçu 😞

The location is very good and the parking service is right in the center of the old town. The room with a window facing the street between buildings is uncomfortable; it should be described in more detail in the listing so guests know exactly what type of room they are choosing.
