I was really excited about the location of this place, it's super walkable to the grocery store and everything else you need. But, unfortunately, the room itself was a different story. It was dirty, with dust and grime all over the HVAC systems, crumbs and food debris on the stove top, and even toenail clippings on the bathroom floor. The showers had visible soap scum and mold, and the floor was just plain dirty.

The location of this place is fantastic, it's right in the heart of everything. But, unfortunately, not all of the units are created equal. One of the units we rented was pretty poorly kept, with dead bugs in the kitchen drawers and a Murphy bed that didn't fit into the wall cabinet. On the other hand, the other two units were very clean and updated, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the pictures of the room, but it really did live up to the hype. The room and the amenities were even better than I could have hoped for, and the location is outstanding. It's in a great spot, and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. I was really impressed with the whole experience.

This place has a great downtown location, right on a park, and it's been nicely remodeled. The two balconies are a nice touch, and the kitchen has everything you need, including good quality appliances. The laundry room is also super useful, and the staff on site are attentive and helpful. My only complaints are that one of the clothes dryers wasn't working, and it would be nice if they included laundry detergent packets for free.

I've stayed at this property multiple times, and I really enjoy it. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are a great perk, and the location is ideal for a river walk on the Deschutes. It's just a 15-minute walk along the river to downtown, which is really convenient. My only complaints are that the shower pressure was bad, the WiFi was spotty, and the check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Oh, and the early lawn mowing at 7am was a bit annoying.
