The pool was dirty and the hotel looked rundown; on top of that I was discriminated against for speaking Spanish and was told I couldn’t use Spanish on the premises.

The room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable; I was in Plainview for major surgery and the staff were friendly, considerate, gave me extra pillows, and extended checkout time on my last day to make it easier, all while being extremely nice. The street it’s on sounds like a racetrack at night.
