I called the front desk multiple times to ask them to check the Wi‑Fi in my room, but none of those requests were fulfilled. Even though the room is marketed as a “plus” compared to the one I stayed in before, it’s really shabby: the switches are stuck in the middle of the headboard and don’t work properly, the lamp next to the TV wouldn’t turn off even after I asked reception to look at it, the fridge’s wood is warped, and the balcony rail is loose. Honestly, it feels far below what a “deluxe” room should be.

The location is fine, but the doors and windows lack soundproofing, there are no rugs in the corridor so noise spreads into the rooms, the air conditioning is dirty, the sheets are dirty, and coffee runs out at 10 hrs, while other places serve it until 10:30.

The location is great, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, and I have no complaints.
