Everything was amazing! The stay was comfortable and the staff were very sweet. Rosie was the absolute best, extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the sights you’d want to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jessica even arranged a surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary, setting up a flower bouquet, balloons, wine, fruit platter, and candles—super special. However, the cleanliness and details of the rooms need improvement, especially the painting, general upkeep of rooms and common areas, and the restaurant.

Very clean and great location. The staff were super helpful and gave us great tips to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The balcony was really tiny, not practical, and we had to turn off the fridge at night because it was very loud.

Friendly staff and a very good location! I was worried about fake reviews in Hanoi, but this hotel was definitely a lucky find. On the first day the bedding had stains, but they swapped it out immediately and then everything was perfect!
