“Superb value for money.”
After reading other reviews, I anticipated an excellent evening meal, and it turned out to be the highlight of our stay! The hotel has a classic French vibe that we appreciated, though a touch of TLC in the décor and cleanliness would have made it flawless. The breakfast, however, was disappointing; ten years ago it might have been acceptable, but now we expect a good selection of fruits, seeds, and nuts, and it felt half‑hearted after such a great dinner.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the terrace was lovely for a drink after a long drive. The restaurant food was very good, and the location worked well for our overnight stop. As English speakers, we would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The setting is beautiful, the hostess friendly, and the breakfast delicious. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The room was very hot, and a fan would have been useful; fortunately I brought my own. Otherwise excellent.

“Great hotel & restaurant in lovely garden location - strongly recommend”
The Logis hotel is wonderful and in a nice spot; the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was fine with a lift to the upper floors. The dinner was lovely with excellent food and wine, and breakfast was great too. The garden is nice for walking the dog. We have rebooked for our return journey—this place is definitely a “keeper”! The room isn’t huge, but with the dog our choice was limited and there was certainly enough space for us.
