The place was spotless, roomy, convenient, and cheap, though it was a bit noisy early in the morning; the hotel did offer noise machines, which was considerate.
The hotel’s proximity to the event and food spots was great, but parking was a hassle because the street was limited by construction.

The staff greeted us warmly and were helpful; the rooms had been updated, and the spot was ideal for reaching all the activities we had planned. However, the couch cushions were covered in dog hair, the table edges were dirty, and the coffee maker had mold, so we avoided it. Parking wasn’t ideal, but we managed to keep our car there the whole time.
The property was a great spot for Nationals Park, and walking there and back felt safe.
I had to use a PIN to enter the hotel, which was a nice added security feature; they didn’t announce my room number in the lobby when I checked in, which was great for my daughter and me. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and the place was very clean. No complaints.
