The location, the staff, and the quietness were fine, but some rooms had two mattresses instead of one continuous one, and my husband and I fell between them at night, making sleep uncomfortable; I recommend checking this before checking in.

The location and staff were great, but the shower had low pressure and the water wasn’t very hot.

The staff were very good, and there are shops, cafés, and a pharmacy nearby the hotel. However, there was a kettle but no cups, so it would have been nice to have coffee or tea as an add‑on. The trash bin was only in the bathroom.

I had a negative experience with the hotel’s financial dealings. I paid for the full stay upfront, but had to leave early, so I requested a refund. I’ve been waiting two months for it, even though the hotel said it would be 14 days. Every time I speak with them they promise a refund, but I doubt it. I’m now planning to sue after another 10 days. The free anti‑advertising was also disappointing.
