We stayed in this room a second time in a week. We’re very grateful to the staff for letting us check in a bit earlier. The hotel is well‑located and the staff are pleasant. Previously we stayed in the same type of room on the 4th floor. This time we were put on the 1st floor near the reception, so the room was noisy. The room itself was dirty and uncomfortable.

The receptionist, Miss Lyudmila, was an absolute delight—helpful, easy to talk to, and made me feel right at home. The hotel sits in a fantastic spot; if you don’t mind a steep uphill walk, it’s literally a 30‑second walk from the center of Bukovel. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the atmosphere cozy, and for the price we paid, there was nothing more we could have asked for. We’ll definitely return.
