Fantastic building, spacious and spotless. The managers were incredibly flexible, even letting me check in late at night (thanks again 🙏). Breakfast was available, and there was a kitchen to use. The spot is right next to the station, so walking around is convenient.

The place was spotless and charming with historic touches, and the shared kitchen and courtyard garden were just right. It sits on a quiet square with easy walking access to Prato’s historic center. The furniture felt a bit plain, though it offered plenty of storage, and there was no on‑site staff; the reception was in another building.

Everything was great, the little cabin was cozy to share, and the only issue was the wardrobe being in the middle of the beds, but the friendly guy moved it. It was a bit chilly and it took some effort to heat the room; a Nordic heater would have helped, yet we ended up comfortable and warm.

Struttura d'epoca ben ristrutturata, bellissime le finiture. Balconi oscuranti. Camera tripla molto grande e con molto posto per riporre i propri oggetti personali. Pulizia. Cucina a disposizione con tutto il necessario. Kit di benvenuto per la colazione (fette biscottate, latte, marmellate). Non avere in camera il microonde per scaldare alcune vivande. Arredamento troppo moderno, troppo da "casa vacanza colonia". Mancavano gli accessori per il bagno (shampoo, doccia schiuma), non so se erano compresi, non ho letto o se si è trattato di una svista
