“Terrible customer service”
The spot was good, but they cancelled my booking without asking and downgraded my room. Getting water took a couple of hours even though we urgently needed it because I and my daughter had a high fever, and they seemed to care nothing.
“A bit falsely advertised, hit or miss depending on the room”
The first impression was great, but the water stopped working on the second day, so they moved us to a different property and we lost some time; at least they let us stay past checkout, which was a nice gesture.
The place was clean, roomy, and offered great value for the price.
The stay was excellent—food was delicious, the place was spotless, and the staff were very polite. Everything was fine, and the hotel worked great.
I had a good stay overall, but the food left something to be desired.
