The gentleman who worked the morning shift was fantastic—very kind, friendly, and even chatted briefly. He swapped my pillow after I mentioned it. Breakfast was small but tasty. Parking bicycles was a plus. The afternoon staff member was creepy and uncomfortable; if I’d seen him at check‑in and was alone, I’d have left immediately. The room was dirty: my pillow was soiled, there were spider webs with a thousand dead flies on the window, 1 cm thick dust on lamps and seams, and in the outlets.

I could walk to the train station in about 20 minutes. No noise, hot water, and Wi‑Fi worked. I was disappointed that the reality didn’t match the photos. The room was very basic, with a lot of dirty uneven stairs, no lift, and no help offered for luggage. The “bathroom” was the size of a wardrobe, had no shower door so water spilled everywhere, and the towels were low quality. The reception wasn’t staffed overnight, so there was no one to help if a problem arose.
