The balcony offered a nice view, but the bathroom was flooded and had no hot water, the wardrobe was broken and missing hangers, and there was no tea or coffee, no shower gel, and a broken chair on the balcony. The room itself was not great. The staff were grumpy, ignorant, and had a bad attitude. Everything was dirty, with littered mattresses and rubbish everywhere.

Nothing positive. The place was very dirty, with a layer of dust in the room, the bathroom was scary to enter, everything was very old, and the bedding was disgusting.

The location was great, that’s about it. The staff were not helpful; after staying 9 nights, no cleaners ever came. We had to beg for a room cleaning, and then a staff member told us we had too many towels (they took two extra from the cleaning cupboard) after four days. They weren’t very welcoming, stared at us when we arrived after 1 am because the reception was sleeping and would wake him up. Friends who stayed also got bed bugs.

Nothing to like. Everything smelled in the rooms, the receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t let a dog in, so we didn’t stay. They refused to refund us. Please do not stay there; you will be very dissatisfied.
