“Amazing hotel conveniently located in busy area of Santa Cruz”

This hotel is a gem, located right at the Santa Cruz Metro Station, with a bustling area full of street shops and vendors. It's also super close to the Santa Cruz Skywalk, making it a great base for exploring. The room itself was surprisingly quiet, considering it's right in front of the highway. The only downside is that there aren't any ATMs nearby where you can withdraw US dollars with your credit or debit card.

“If you are looking for rest and peaceful breakfast avoid”

I've got mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, the staff were really friendly and eager to please. They even gave me a free yogurt, which was a nice touch. However, it was a bit annoying that they didn't ask if I wanted it first - I would've been happy to pay for it and know that it wouldn't get forgotten. But, that's a minor quibble. The real issues started when I tried to leave some feedback for the staff, but some of them got defensive and upset. It was pretty awkward.

“Fine hotel in the busy street”

I've got to say, this place was a real gem. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions we had. Our room was spacious and spotless, which was a big plus after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the renovation work going on, but it was only during working hours, so it didn't bother us too much. The real problem was the mosquitoes in our room - we ended up with a few bites, which was annoying.

“Location is nice. Transport is easily available nearby”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - the atmosphere was really nice and the fresh fruits were a lovely touch. However, I did think it would be helpful to have a menu card available for lunch and dinner, just to give guests a better idea of what's on offer. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I didn't really have any major complaints.
