I didn’t get any parking space, which was disappointing.

We stayed in the summer and the place was really cool. The room had great blinds that completely block the light and make sleeping comfortable. Everything for comfort is there, but it doesn’t match the expectations and the price at all!!! The price was just awful and for that price you : move in yourself (the neighbors can lock the front door and you won’t be able to get inside for half an hour), there is no staff in the house, and calling the dispatcher is pointless because they know nothing and are unfriendly. Instead of a separate bathroom and toilet you’ll get a shared bathroom on the second floor and a toilet where the tap has no handle. The kitchen is also shared, but that’s mentioned in the description so no complaints, the kitchen has dishes and all the necessary appliances, the fridge is shared across the whole building. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos and it was empty, just two beds (one of which is broken), a chair, a table and a wardrobe. From the very beginning we were not put in the room we booked. We needed two separate beds, but we were given a sofa bed, the dispatcher called and she offered one of us to sleep on the floor 🤣 it was shocking, but then she gave us another… Parking is basically just grass and a little space next to the house where you can fit a maximum of three cars. The bulbs in the room flickered and barely turned on. In short, we were VERY disappointed that we paid 20,000 hryvnia for it and it was so far from the description and expectations.

We were given a room with zero ability to open the window and zero ventilation grille. Total failure.
