The location was good, but the breakfast lacked variety—no skim, lactose‑free, or plant‑based milk, and there were no eggs. The restaurant’s cashier was disappointing, refusing credit or debit cards. For three days there was no still water available, only sparkling, which is a basic necessity. The night restaurant closes early and the staff are unhelpful. I would not stay there again.

It was right in front of the IAE, exactly where I needed to be, but everything else was terrible. I was taken advantage of. Nothing pleased me.

The only bright spot is the location right across from the Austral campus—just cross the street and you’re there. The bathroom was cold and dirty, the shower was tiny with salt crust on the walls, the room’s AC was noisy and malfunctioning, the sheets were old, and the whole room looked worn out. Not pleasant at all.

The place is well situated, but the room looked much worse than the photo—tiny shower and an old split heater that barely warmed. We arrived at breakfast just as the window was closing due to a mistake, and the staff were reluctant, offering only a coffee and a cake.

I liked that it faced the IAE, making it convenient for my studies. However, the room was noticeably shabby, at least the one I stayed in.
